“礼想储备生 - 医药推广” 项目旨在为期望投身医药行业的应届生提供绝佳的实践机会与培养道路。在资深经理的专业辅导下,储备生将在至少三个月的实习期内参与礼来产品的市场推广工作,全方位锻炼职场技能,踏出从学生转变职场人的第一步。在临近毕业之际,我们将集中评估各位储备生的实习表现,其中表现优秀的储备生将有机会拿到全职Offer,成为一名正式的礼来人。

基本要求:
全日制本科或以上学历的2026年应届毕业生,优先考虑生物科学、制药工程、药事管理等药学相关专业或与制药相关的商科专业。
优先考虑有医药行业相关实习或有在高校组织担任干事经验的学生。
拥有良好的沟通能力和学习能力,具备积极向上的心态和勇于挑战的韧性。
确保实习期至少3个月。

Lilly Marketing Academy (LMA) is a Trainee Program for Marketing function to build talent pipeline for future Marketing leaders. It is a global program that ran across many affiliates. LMA provides a great opportunity for individuals who are new to marketing with a strong desire in pursuit of long-term Marketing Career Path. The goal of creating Lilly Marketing Academy is to accelerate growth for young talents to be a successful Marketer and a potential future Marketing leader by building foundational Marketing capabilities and providing a variety of experience.
LMA is a 3.5-year rotational development program: half-year in medical representative of Business Unit, 1.5-year in Brand Team of Business Unit and 1.5-year in Central Marketing Organization. Detailed rotation for each individual will be based on business needs and individual interests.
The program will provide you with orchestrated learning and development resources, systematic training and development opportunities both in Marketing and leadership, to equip you with solid foundation for long-term career development in Marketing function.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accomplish 3.5-year rotations in Medical Representative, Brand Team and Central Marketing Organization respectively during the program
Deliver business results as well as project deliverables as required
Build up solid marketing capability/foundation to successfully graduate from the program through the assessment

礼想储备生 – 财务管培
Lilly China Finance Trainee program is a Trainee Program for Finance function to build talent pipeline for future Finance leaders. The program provides a three-year rotational opportunity to gain practical experience in financial management. Detailed rotation for each individual will be based on business needs and individual interests. It aims to help early-career talents deepen their understanding of how the finance department drives commercial operations and business development in the pharmaceutical industry, enhance their professional skills and leadership capabilities, and cultivate them to become future financial leaders.
The program will provide young finance talents with structural learning, systematic training and development resources both in Finance and leadership, to equip talents with solid foundation for long-term career development in Marketing function
Program Highlights
Professional Skill Enhancement: Multiple rotations cover various aspects of financial management at Lilly, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Controllership, and Internal Control. The program provides hands-on experience and in-depth learning of the finance function, and opportunities in a variety of business projects to build a sound financial knowledge framework.
Accelerated Career Development: The program provides a robust internal training and mature development system, with senior supervisors' mentorship and professional buddies' coaching. 1v1 conversations with the CFO are also offered to unlock additional career development insights.

LPA provides a great opportunity for individuals who are new to marketing with a strong desire in pursuit of long-term PRA Career Path. The goal of creating Lilly PRA Academy is to accelerate growth for young talents to be a successful PRA and a potential future PRA leader by building foundational PRA capabilities and providing a variety of experiences.
LPA is a 3-year rotational development program: 1~2-year in NPP/PRA/KA Strategy & Capability and 1~2-year in PRA by TA. Detailed rotation for each individual will be based on business needs and individual interests.
